Structure
Structure of Expansion of the Universe & the Hubble–Lemaître Law
The relation v = H0 d is a low-redshift approximation, where H0 is the present expansion rate. At greater distances, cosmological redshift and distance must be interpreted with a full expanding-universe model.
Chapter review
Assessment still in review.
The chapter is published, but its assessment has not completed the verification and QA pipeline yet. It will appear here after publication.

On large scales, distant galaxies participate in cosmic expansion: their recession rate increases approximately in proportion to distance in the nearby Hubble flow.
